Site Visit
We’ll meet you at your property, discuss your vision and gather 3D laser topological scans needed for your custom design.
STEP 03
Design
In a few days we provide custom designs based on your site, with photo-realistic 3D visuals, floor plans, and fixed upfront pricing.
STEP 04
Permitting
We handle the entire municipal permitting process from start to finish. If we can't get permits, you'll receive a full refund.
STEP 05
Site-Prep & Manufacturing
We'll manufacture your Frontage home in our Los Angeles facility with millimeter precision while concurrently preparing site foundations.
STEP 06
Installation
We install onsite and finish in 6-8 weeks. Since our architectural steel system is panelized, no loud heavy crane is needed.
STEP 07
Move in!
